The Costa Tropical
Snow Arrives Just In Time
December 2, 2009 by Costa Tropical Rentals · Leave a Comment
With the first weekend of December and the imminent start to the ski season upon us many in the ski resort will breathe a sigh of relief as the last few days have deposited sufficient snow up on the mountains to attract plenty of skiers for the first weekend of the ski season – which is also a holiday weekend (four days off!).
Of course the downside is that this week has also been a bit cooler and rainy here on the coast which is not ideal for people coming on holiday to the Costa Tropical and searching for sun and outdoor activities. Fortunately the rain only lasted about three days and was not continuous and it looks like we are back to blue skies again already.
Let’s hope this year turns out to be as good a season as last year for skiers.
