This minimalist style villa has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday under the Spanish sun, including 7 terraces, each with breathtaking open sea views, a private, heated pool & an outdoor, 6-seater hot tub. What makes this house so unique is the fact that it is situated 15 metres above street level. It is accessible through its own private lift. This fabulous, split level home offers absolutely stunning sea views due to its soaring and dominant position on the hillside. The villa is great for adults or families with older children since each of the 3 bedrooms is on its own level and has its own, en-suite bathroom.
The villa boasts designer furnishings, central hot/cold air conditioning with individual thermostats in each room and WI-FI internet access. The 3 terraces that surround the pool are very spacious (220 metres in total) and can easily accommodate everyone. The heated pool is 7 metres long and ranges from 3.2 to 4 metres in width. The hot tub has 2 recliners and seating for 4 additional people. You emerge from the hot tub feeling relaxed and revitalised at the same time. It is medicinal!
The community recreational area of the Monte de los Almendros complex is 3 minutes away. There you’ll find a large pool, tennis court, table tennis, football pitch & even a basketball hoop. Our guests have unlimited use of these facilities. Restaurants and the closest beach is 5 minutes away in Salobrena, and the nearest golf course is less than 10 minutes by car. This holiday rental villa is located just under and hour from Malaga and Granada airports, and less than 1.5 hours from Almeria airport.
