The most desirable location to own a villa in Almunecar is on Punta de la Mona which is located just before you reach La Herradura and above the pretty and international destination for sailors of Marina del Este. Punta de la Mona has grown slowly over the last decades and features many million euro properties on large plots and stunning views particularly over the Bay of La Herradura. However, not only is the number of villas available here for rental quite low the weekly charges are typically higher than a comparable holiday villa in Almunecar – but many visitors think it is worth any extra cost for this exclusive location.
