The Costa Tropical
Costa Tropical Weather in September 2009
September 14, 2009 by Costa Tropical Rentals · Leave a Comment
With large claps of thunder the summer season on the Costa Tropical and throughout Spain drew to a close yesterday. Over the last two weeks since the end of August the number of tourists and locals heading to the beaches around Almunecar have been declining and after long dry periods since Spring throughout the Summer heavy rain fell over much of Spain.
Despite the weather reports on the internet the Costa Tropical did not actually receive any rain yesterday which fell over the mountains, Granada and other inland cities away from the coast. You could clearly see the dark clouds and here the thunder. Although windier and a little cooler than during the peak time of the summer the temperatures are still warm enough for some to complain about the heat but for most it is now more comfortable and even pleasant when sitting outdoors. And don’t forget to bring your swimming costume as despite the fact that the beaches are very quiet the sun is still hot enough to drive you into the sea or pool to cool off.
