Almunecar Starting to Feel Like Summer

The Costa Tropical climate is one of the main attractions to the area for many foreign residents and while Spring season began in the Sierra Nevada yesterday on the Costa Tropical it is more like summer today. With only two months until the longest day and the beach festivals of San Juan which are found along the length of the Spanish beaches (La Herradura, Almunecar and Salonbrena all have large celebtrations) pretty much overnight the temperature has risen a few degrees to make the difference between spring like temperatures where you can comfortably stroll in the sun and sit for a while enjoying the warmth like on an english summer’s day (one of the true summer days) and today rather than sitting for an extended period in  the sun it is more comfortable to head straight to a nice shady spot.

I would imagine that the temperature must be atleast 25 degrees Celcius here in Almunecar despite the temperature guide on this site saying it is only twenty degress! It also indicates that it should be partly cloudy and there is not a cloud in the sky!

For anyone beginning their Costa Tropical holidays today it will be difficult to feel motivated to do much more than laze by the pool of their Andalucian rental villa or apartment and unwind.
