• We do not accept liability for publishing any inaccurate information or any information which is provided to us by owners or in breach of copyright and accept no liability for any loss which you may incur.
• All properties submitted must be located on the Costa Tropical.
• All enquiries are sent by the prospective client to you.
• We do not act as your agent and will not receive money on your behalf.
• You are responsible for checking any references and legitimacy of any enquiries received by you.
  You are responsible for agreeing the terms of the agreement with any client including deposit, damage reserve, when any payments should be made, collection and deposit of keys, period and duration of tenancy etc. – You may provide terms as part of the property information listing on this site.
  You can ask for your property to be removed at any time and we will remove your property without charge as soon as reasonably possibly.
• We have the right to modify or remove the property details (either permanently or temporarily) at any time.
•  The property details will be removed where reasonable to do so, including if the information is inaccurate, misleading, in breach of copyright, or if we have received complaints from renters about a breach of or failure of the owner to comply with an agreement made in respect of the property and which after investigation appears both accurate and justified.
