This luxury, 3-storey, 4-bedroom villa with private pool, which is set on a south-facing plot of 1,200 square meters, will amaze you with its brightness and spectacular sea views. The villa has a lovely garden with roses, colourful bougainvilleas and fragrant jasmines. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sound of the water in the fountain.

This villa is located in a very private spot on the hillside near the charming coastal town of Almunecar, on the Spanish Costa Tropical which is known for its beautiful and varied array of beaches as well for its old town, daily fresh market and great restaurants. The villa isn´t overlooked so your privacy is guaranteed. This holiday home is ideal for those who like walking because there are hills and beautiful walks right out the front door.

Just being in the spacious, open plan, living/dining room with its double height, vaulted ceilings is a treat. To the south there is a wall of windows offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean and to the west there are French doors that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the garden from inside and the soothing sound of the fountain. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the fourth bedroom has a bathroom just outside the door, so it is very convenient even for a large group.

On the entry level of this holiday rental villa in Almunecar, you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with great views, a twin-bedroom, and a bathroom. This bedroom is ideal for anyone with mobility issues as there are no steps and the entry to the house is completely level.
Upstairs, there are 2 good-sized bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and one with a large terrace. Both bedrooms offer stunning sea views, which are always a pleasure to wake up to! The lower level offers a large great room that has 2 day beds in it, which are ideal for children. There is also a guest apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and even a kitchen.

This 3-floor design with bedrooms on each level is ideal for multiple families holidaying together. The villa sleeps 10 in total between the 4 bedrooms and the downstairs den. There are large open areas where everyone can be together, but when people want time on their own they can easily find a private spot on one of various terraces or in the garden.

The pretty, free form swimming pool is located off of the lower level. There are large, sunny terraces and even an outdoor bathroom. Comfortable sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, as well as the top quality, gas barbeque guarantee great summer days and nights!

The urbanization in which this holiday rental villa in Almunecar is located has a recreational area with a large pool and a tennis court. Our guests have complimentary use of these facilities. The tennis court is open year round and the communal pool in July and August. There is a golf course 10 minutes away that is located right on the beach.
