This luxurious, 4-bedroom, rustic style villa is located on the exclusive Monte de los Almendros complex above the picturesque town of Salobrena, which is considered to be the gem of the beautiful and unspoilt Costa Tropical of Granada.This recently built villa is a delight to the senses and boasts a tropical garden, an infinity pool and sea views to die for. The villa receives sun all day long.
You will love the outdoor area where you can sit back and enjoy all of this beauty from the entertainment area with built-in seating and colourful and comfortable Arabic-style cushions. This is the perfect place enjoy afternoon drinks, watch the sunset or even star gaze. There is also a covered area with a chill-out bed, which is the ideal place to stay cool while enjoying a siesta! The sound of water falling into the pool from the pretty terracotta pots and rock cascades built into the sides of the pool will definitely relax you. Al fresco dining is very easy with the built-in barbeque, sink and simple outdoor kitchen.
The main living area and the kitchen have French doors and open out onto a covered porch that leads out to the pool and garden. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds and one of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds. The lounge and all of the bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning, so your comfort is guaranteed.
The villa is located just a short drive from the town of Salobreña A communal tennis court is available for our guests. It is complimentary. Restaurants, beaches and golf are less than a 7 minute drive away. This luxurious holiday villa can be accessed from Granada, Malaga or Almeria airports.
